WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 14 WOKINGHAM)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on 3rd June 2019 the Wokingham Borough Council as Traffic Authority made an Order under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers the effect of which shall prohibit all traffic from proceeding along Public Footpath 14 Wokingham between Keephatch Road and the A329 Footbridge crossing.

The restrictions are necessary to enable surfacing and drainage improvement works to be carried out on or near the Footpath.

The Order came into operation on the lO* June 2019 and shall continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
