IN THE PARISH OF STOKE PRIOR]
PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE
MAP AND STATEMENTMODIFICATION ORDER
2014
On 12 May 2017 The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above Order made under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 and will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by extinguishing the following:-FOOTPATH SP-536
The length and entire width of footpath SP-536, in the parish of Stoke Prior, to be extinguished commences atOrdnancesurveygridreferenceSO96276853atthe junction of footpaths SP-529, SP-530 and SP-535. The path proceeds in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 24 metres crossing the railway line to Ordnance Survey grid reference SO 9629 6851 whereitterminatesatthejunctionoffootpathsSP-534 and SP-
537. The total distance of footpath to be extinguished is approximately 24 metres.
The length and entire width of that footpath in the Parish ofStokePriortobeextinguishedcommencesat point X on the Order plan at the junction with Footpath SP-530 and proceeds in a generally south easterlydirection forapproximately24metrescrossing the railway line to point Y on the Order plan where it terminates at the junction with Footpath SP-537. The total distance of footpath to be extinguished is approximately24 metres.
A copy of the Order as confirmed, and the Order map 'have been placed and may be seen free of charge at County 'Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP and at Bromsgrove District Council Customer Service Centre, Parkside Market Street, Bromsgrove, 861 8DA on Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours. CopiesoftheOrderandmapmaybeboughtatCounty Hall, Worcester at the price of £7 .50 The Order comes into force on 12 June 2019 but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that any provision contained in it, on the groundthatitisnotwithinthepowersoftheHighways Act 1980 as amended or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulationmadeundertheActhasnotbeencomplied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice make an application to the High Court.
