Bistro My Way Ltd has applied to BCP Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Bistro My Way, 253 Lymington Road, Highcliffe, Christchurch, BH23 5EB to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 11:30hrs to 23:00hrs Applications are available for public inspection at BCP Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23

Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application. Such representation must be received in writing by 1st of July 2019 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act2003 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
