Notice is hereby given that, Mr Domnike Couchinho, has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as First Floor 4 Hope Street Consett County Durham DH8 5TS For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- Sale by retail of alcohol (via internet orders only). Deliveries only between 07.00 – 20.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment.
