LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Take notice that we Bizzy Marketing Ltd have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Hanson's Delicatessen & Cafe, 734 Bradford Road, Birkenshaw BD11 2AE for playing of recorded music and sale of alcohol on and off the premises Mon-Sat 08:00-22:00, Sun 10:00-16:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 4th July 2019. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
