NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Watford Borough Council is proposing to dispose of land which forms part of an open space described in the schedule below. This disposal will be by way of a new non protected lease up to 3years to The Vel Murugan Trust. A copy of plans showing the land can be seen between the hours of 8.45am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday at the customer service centre, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX
SCHEDULE - Land at Woodside Playing Fields, Horseshoe Lane, Watford
Site: Red line area of the land known as the pavilion at Woodside Playing Fields (former Owls Bowls Club) and a proposed temporary structure on the former Bowls lawn having an area of 0.4 hectares or thereabouts. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Anne Collins MRICS, Property Manager, Watford Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX before 28th June 2019 and should state the grounds of the objection.
