Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence We, Wyevale Garden Centres Acquisitions Limited of Sugarloaf Cafe & Restaurant, Raglan Garden Centre, Abergavenny Road, Raglan Monmouthshire NP15 2BH have submitted an application to Monmouthshire County Council to vary the premises licence.
Statement of Licensable Activities: To permit amendments to the licensing plan to accommodate the new layout to premises, including the restaurant. All current licensable activities and hours to remain unaltered. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, The Drama Centre, Pen-y-Pound, Abergavenny NP7 5UD. Representation may be made not later than 25th May 2015. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except bank holidays at the Councils One Stop Shops/ Innovation House by prior arrangement in writing to the address above.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
