Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Joy Grotzinger in respect of Multicultural Festival in Faringdon Park Swindon. The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: The Sale of Alcohol. The provision of public Entertainment from 2pm - 8pm on 29th June 2019.

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, War Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday. Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between Friday 17th May 2019 and Friday 14th June 2019 All representations must be made in writing [including email or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
