VARIOUS TRAFFIC ORDERS

Notice is given the Council made the Orders listed below under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

1. (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 26) Order 2018 (ref: H&T/TRO/Redhouse Way)



Introduction of 'no waiting at anytime' restrictions along Redhouse Way and at the junctions with Fitwell Road, Gaveller Road and Muirfield (both east and west junctions).

2. (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 6) Order 2019 (ref: H&T/TRO/Queen Street)



Revocation of the 'Loading Only' restriction and introduction of 'No Loading and No Waiting At Any Time' and 'Goods Vehicle Loading Only' restriction on Queen Street

3. (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 1) Order 2019 (ref: H&T/TRO/Wellington Street)



Variation of the 'no waiting at anytime' restriction on Wellington Street to be replaced with a pedestrian crossing with zig zag markings where parking is prohibited and the introduction of 'no loading/unloading at anytime' restriction on Milford Street.

4. (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 7) Order 2019 (ref: H&T/TRO/Welcombe Avenue)



Revocation of the 'no waiting at anytime' restrictions on Welcombe Avenue and Midhurst Avenue and replaced with 'School Keep Clear' markings which prohibits vehicles from stopping, Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm, outside the entrance of Goddard Park Primary School on Welcombe Avenue and 'No Waiting and No Loading At Any Time' restriction on the Midhurst Avenue and Welcombe Avenue junction. If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 5 June 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
