Notice is hereby given that Boomtown Festival UK Ltd has applied in respect of the Boomtown Matterley Bowl.Alresford Road,Winchester, S02l IHW for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This application proposes a maximum capacity of 75,999 persons, subject to approval from Hampshire Constabulary upon completion of a satisfactory 2019 festival. At least 6,000 of these must be staff, artists and their bona fide guests. 1,000 additional tickets to the event may be provided to local residents on Sunday. To propose the following licensable activities, for a maximum period of six consecutive days from Wednesday to Monday on one occasion in a calendar year. Public ticketed access to be limited on Wednesday to 27,500 persons.The permission of plays and films (indoors and outdoors) from I l:00h until 23:00h on Wednesday, from I0:00h until 00:00h on Thursday and from 10:00h until 04;00h the following morning Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For live music (indoors and outdoors) from I l:00h until 23:00h on Wednesday, from I0:00h until 00:00h on Thursday and Sunday and from I0:00h until 04:00h the following morning on Friday and Saturday. For recorded music and performances of dance (indoors and outdoors) from I l:00h until 23:00h on Wednesday, from 10:00h until 00:00h on Thursday and from I ftOOh until 04:00h the following morning on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The supply of alcohol (on the premises only) to be permitted 24 hours day, with sale available to the public from Wednesday until Monday of the festival only and for crew bar only, for 21 days before commencement of the event and 14 days after the event For Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00h until 05:00h the following morning from Wednesday until Sunday.The premises will open to the public from 00:00h on Wednesday until I7:00h on the Monday of the festival.
