CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 ADDISON ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate cabling and ducting works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Addison Road.



2. Whilst the said works are taking place:



(a) Addison Road will be closed at its junction with Portland Road;



(b) Parking bays will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time' will be introduced in the following locations:-



i. Loading bay outside No. 2B Addison Road;



ii. Two parking bays opposite No. 2B Addison Road;



iii. One parking bay outside No. 3 Addison Road;



iv. Two parking bays outside Nos. 2 to 4 Addison Road.



3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Addison Road, Cresswell Road, Harrington Road, Albert Road, Coventry Road and Portland Road, or via Addison Road, Portland Road and Harrington Road, as appropriately signed.



4. The Order will come into operation on 21 June 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out over twelve days between 8am and 6pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.



5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:



(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works; lb) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

BIRDHURST RISE, SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to re-lay a service pipe by Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the



effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic Birdhurst Rise.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Birdhurst Rise will be closed southbound.



3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Birdhurst Road and Birdhurst Rise, as appropriately signed.



4. The Order will come into operation on 24 June 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.



5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:



(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;



(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;



(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS ELMGROVE ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate Thames Water works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Elmgrove Road, Croydon.



2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Elmgrove Road at its junctions with Kingscote Road.



3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via local streets as appropriately signed.



4. The Order will come into operation on 24 June 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 HAROLD ROAD, UPPER NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to dismantle a crane, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Harold Road.



2. Whilst the said works are taking place:



(a) Harold Road will be closed at its junction with Beulah Hill;



(b) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" will be introduced as necessary to facilitate the works.



3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Beulah Hill, Highfield Road and Harold Road, as appropriately signed.



4. The Order will come into operation on 23 June 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within one day between 7am and 6pm. If works are delayed, back-up dates of 30 June 2019 or 07 July 2019 may apply.



5. The Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.



6. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:



(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;



(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;



(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS JESMOND ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate BT power installation works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Jesmond Road, Croydon.



2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Jesmond Road at its junction with Morland Road.



3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Morland Road, Dartnell Road and Kemerton Road as appropriately signed.



4. The Order will come into operation on 07 June 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

EVENTS) ACT 1994 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING ORDER PRIDE & MELA EVENTS - ASSOCIATED RESTRICTIONS 1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the Pride and Mela events over the weekend of 13 and 14 July 2019 they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to:

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the Pride and Mela events over the weekend of 13 and 14 July 2019 they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to:

? Close the streets in Schedule 1 to this Notice to vehicular traffic;



? Suspend parking and introduce temporary waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" in the streets in Schedule 2 to this Notice;



? Temporarily stop traffic from proceeding whilst the Pride procession passes in the roads or any road adjoining those roads specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice.



2. The provisions of the Order will not prevent access being maintained for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates, or to any other premises accessible from, and only from, such a road. Access for residents' vehicles and emergency services will be maintained.



3. The Order will come into effect on the Saturday 13 July 2019 and will remain in force for a period of two days. However, the prohibition on traffic will only be enforced until normal traffic flow can be maintained.



4. Nothing in the Order shall apply:



a) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform;



b) to any vehicle being used in connection with the staging of the events;



c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity or water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of road to which the order applies.

(SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER TRINITY TRIATHLON

1. Croydon Council, with the agreement of Transport for London, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the cycling phase of the Trinity Triathlon on the 30 June 2019 they intend to make a Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily close to vehicular traffic, Addiscombe Road and streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this notice.



2. Whilst the event is taking place the effect of the Order will be to:-



(a) temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding in Addiscombe Road (A232) between its junctions with Sandilands and Shirley Road (A215);



(b) temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding in the roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice at their junctions with Addiscombe Road (A232)._
