ON 5JUNE 2019 SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL MADE the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along that length of Queensmead Avenue, (D2213) Ewell, as extends from its junction with Cheam
Road, northwards for adistance of 42m. The Order is
required to facilitate gas main replacement works on behalf of Southern Gas Networks. These works are anticipated to be carried out between 11/06/19 and 07/07/19, during the 6month period of operation of this Order, which will come into operation on 11 June 2019. The closure will stay in force for 24 hours whilst the work
is in progress and will not be lifted and will only operate
when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. No vehicular
access to anyproperty will be affected. Access for pedestrians and dismounted equestrians/cyclists will be
maintained at alltimes. All other traffic will be required to
use the alternative route, namely Cheam Road, Albury
Avenue, Gomshall Road and Shere Avenue, or vice versa. ELMWOOD DRIVE (D2148) AND EWELL PARKWAY (D2151), EWELL

ON 05 JUNE 2019 SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL MADE the above mentioned TemporaryOrder under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which
will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in
thatlength of a) Elmwood Drive (D2148), Ewell that extends from its junction with London Road (A24), northwestwards for adistance of 15m; vehicular traffic will be diverted via Ewell Park Way, Park Avenue West, Park Avenue East and London Road. b) Ewell ParkWay(D2151),
Ewell thatextends from its junction with London Road
(A24), north-westwards for adistance of 15m; vehicular traffic will be diverted via Elmwood Drive, Ewell Park Way and London Road. This TemporaryTraffic Order is required to enable SGN to carryout gas mains replacement works. These works are anticipated to be carried out in 2phases within 8weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this TemporaryOrder which commences on 17 June 2019.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporaryclosures which are anticipated to be required
for 24 hours each day, willonly operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access will be maintained for
pedestrians and; dismounted cyclists and equestrians at all times. No sole access will be affected however access
for emergencyservices, residences and businesses will be maintained up to the point of each closure via the vehicular
diversion routes described above.
RUXLEY LANE (B284), WEST EWELL
TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2019
SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL PROPOSE TO MAKE the above mentioned TemporaryOrder under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Ruxley Lane (B284), West Ewell thatextends from the north-western property boundaryof No.85 Ruxley Lane to apoint 10m north-west of its junction with Merchant Close. This Traffic Order is required to enable carriageway maintenance, patching and/or surfacing works on behalf of
Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8pm and 6am, as soon
as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this TemporaryOrder thatcommences on 27 June 2019. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are
displayed. Access for emergencyservices, pedestrians;
dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at
all times. Access for residences and businesses will be
maintained via the vehicular diversion which will be: Clockwise - Ruxley Lane, Kingston Road, Ewell By-Pass, London Road, High Street, Spring Street, Chessington Road and Ruxley Lane. Anticlockwise - Ruxley Lane, Chessington
Road, London Road, Ewell By-Pass, Kingston Road and Ruxley Lane. Anyvehicle found to be obstructing the
highway during these works will be removed to asuitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle'sowner. Dated: 6June 2019
