I, Luciano Borrelli, Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for the granting of a Variation of Premises Licence at 3, Danby Wynd, Yarm TS15 9SF trading as Borrelli's Delicatessen. For the sale of alcohol for consumption at the premises, during the hours of 9am to 8pm, 7 days per week. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: Trading Standards & Licensing Manager, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, P O Box 232, 16, Church Road, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1XD It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton on Tees Borough Council, trading Standards & Licensing, PO Box 232, 16, Church Road, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1XD between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm, or on the worldwide web at http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/stockton
