LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Claire Darlington has applied in respect of Delamere Station House, Delamere, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 2hZ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following licensable activities to take place:- Sale of alcohol on the premises (Monday to Wednesday 13:00-20:00, Thursday-Saturday 13:00-23:00, Sunday 13:00-21:00). To permit a 30-minute drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol. Provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music [Monday to Wednesday 09:00-18:00, Thursday to Saturday 09:00-22:00 and Sunday 09:00-21:00] and live music (Friday and Saturday 19:00-22:00 and Sunday 17:00-21:00) and the provision of late night refreshment (Friday, Saturday and Sunday 23:00-23:30). A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE no later than 20/06/2019, 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
