THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Windsor Hill, Wooburn Green in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Windsor Hill from junction of Rivers Edge for approximately 436 metres. Alternative route: The Green, Holtspur Lane, Wooburn Green Lane, Wycombe End, Holtspur Top Lane, Broad Lane. The closure is required whilst BT works in the carriageway take place commencing on 10 June 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 June 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 31 May 2019

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Winchbottom Lane, Little Marlow in the Parish of Little Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Winchbottom Lane continuing for a distance of approximately 108 metres. Alternative route: Winchbottom Lane, Wycombe Road, A404 M40 J4 Roundabout, Handy Cross Roundabout, Marlow Hill, Daws Hill Lane, Arizona Way, Heath End Road. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection works take place commencing on 10 June 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 June 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council INTENDS TO MAKE The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley Parish) (Temporary Footpath Closure)

Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,

which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley Parish from apoint immediately south of the footbridge crossing the Fawley Court Long Water (point Aonthe plan) to the northern point ofafootbridge by the old Fawley Court boathouse (at point Bofthe plan). Alternative route is via the point A, south of the footbridge over the Long Water in asouth westerly direction for 27 metres then in asoutherly direction parallel with the definitive line for 98 metres, then in asouth easterly direction for 34 metres to re-join the definitive line at point B. The closure is required in the interest ofpublic safety whilst the landowner sets up, operates and removes temporary structures on the River Thames riverbank for the purposes ofthe Fawley River Club during the Henley Royal Regatta. The Order will come into operation on 20 June 2019 as signed, with amaximum duration of 6Months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Kings Road, High Wycombe in the Parish ofHigh Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Kings Road for adistance of approximately 56 metres. Alternative route: London Road, Abbey Barn Road, Mead Way, Beech Road, Kings Road. The closure is required whilst Thames Water pipe repair works take place commencing on 24 June 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 June 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 1&No. 3Amersham Parish) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 1from the junction of Rectory Hill South for approximately 54m to the junction ofPublic Footpath No. 1A Amersham and Public Footpath No. 3Amersham from the junction ofRectory Hill East for approximately 30m to the junction ofPublic Footpath No. 4Amersham. Alternative route is via the existing Highway and Public Footpath No. 4 Amersham.The closure is required in the interest ofpublic safety whilst crane operations are carried out at the site. The Order will come into operation on 7June 2019 as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council proposes to make two Traffic Regulation Orders; The Buckinghamshire County Council (A40 London Road, High Wycombe) (Bus Lane) Order 2019 and The Buckinghamshire County Council (Wycombe District) (Consolidation) Order 2014 (Amendment no.*) Order 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to relocate some of the bus lane locations and make some alterations to the current carriageway layout along London Road, High Wycombe. The proposed alterations are required in order to improve efficiency ofthe traffic flow along London Road. An extension ofNo Waiting At Any Time restrictions at the Wye Estate junction with the A40 will also be proposed. Acopy ofthe Orders and Plans showing the lengths ofroads affected, together with acopy ofthe Statement ofReasons for proposing to make the Order, can be viewed on the Buckinghamshire County Council website or via prior arrangement. THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (WYCOMBE DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENTS 1011) ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that on 20th May 2019, Buckinghamshire County Council made the above-named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect ofthe Order, which comes into operation on the 31st May 2019, is to introduce Loading, Parking &Waiting restrictions on Frogmoor &Oxford Street in High Wycombe.

Acopyofthe Orders and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with acopyofthe Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are also available on the Buckinghamshire County Council web page under 'Have your say'.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement ofthis Act or ofanyinstrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 31st May 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
