(FRONT STREET NORTH. TRTMDON) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2019

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 15 mtrs of Front St North that extends eastwards from the front of no 27, Trimdon Village to enable new utility connection works to be undertaken. Alternative route for vehicular traffic via C24 Front St North. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 17/6/19 and are anticipated to be completed in 2 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STOPPING, PARKING PLACES AND DISABLED PARKING) ORDER 2011 (AMENDMENT No. 1) ORDER 2019

The Council intend to make an Order under Sections 1,2 & 4 & Pt IV of Sen. 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect being to 1. To introduce no waiting at any time restrictions a) north east side of spring lane and continuing around the junction of West End for 23m b) Extension of current lining on the south side of West End, west of No.20 for 10m. 2. To introduce limited waiting parking bays Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 2hrs no return within 2hrs a) south side of High Street from the junction of The Square, west for 12m. 3. To amend restricted waiting 8am-6pm to limited waiting parking bays Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 2hrs no return within 2hrs a) east side of the Square with the junction of High Street, south for 18m. 4. To amend existing limited waiting parking bays 2hr no return within 2hrs to limited waiting parking bays Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 2hrs no return within 2 hrs a) south side of High Street opposite gable end of the public house, east for 67m (full extent of current restricted bays). 5. To amend the existing 'no waiting at any time' restriction to 'no waiting and no loading/unloading at any time restriction a) east side of North End outside No.30, south for 37m and into the junction of White House Drive on both sides for 14m. 6. To remove the existing 'restricted waiting' restriction 8am-6pm a) north side of Rectory Row opposite No.10 east for 29m. 7. To remove the existing 'no waiting at any time a) south Side of Rectory Row outside No.lS east for 32m. All other existing restrictions in this locality will remain unchanged.
