I David Ian Clough do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Variance of a Premises Licence at Unit 1, Cleveland Trading Estate, Darlington DL1 2PB. The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises: 10:00 to 18:00hrs Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. 10:00 to 23:00hrs Thursday, Friday & Saturday. 10:00 to 22:00hrs Sunday Play recorded music on the premises: 12:00 to 22:00hrs Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Play occasional live music: 12:00 to 21:00hrs Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 12 June 2019. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application
