NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Mrs Joan Lilian Sarah Howard late of 32 Beacontree Avenue LONDON E17 4BU, who died on the 24 February 2018 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 31 July 2019. After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
