You may use this form to place an advertisement in a local newspaper, or if there is none, in a local newsletter, circular or similar document, circulating in the vicinity of the premises, on at least one occasion during the period of 10 working days, starting on the day after the day on which application is made to the Licensing Authority. The advertisement must contain all of the information detailed below.

I, Sarah Bullen hereby give notice that I have applied on Monday 13th May 2019 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Avington Park Avington Winchester SO21 1DB The effect of the variation is for: Film Exhibition as a licensable activity for 3 days a year.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 11th June 2019; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.
