Notice for New Application under the Licensing Act 2003: TITHE FARM SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB 151 RAYNERS LANE HARROW MIDDLESEX HA2 0XH
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TITHE FARM SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for licences to allow the following licensable activities and timings:Provision of plays Wed-Sat 19:00-23:00, Indoor sporting events Mon-Sun 09:00-24:00, Boxing Fri – Sat 18.00-24.00, Live Music Fri – Sun 18.00-24.00, Recorded Music Mon-Sun 12.00-01.00, Similar Description Fri - Sun 19.00-23.00, Late Night refreshment Fri – Sun 11.00-01.00, Supply of Alcohol Mon –Thur 11.00-12.00, Fri – Sat 11.00-01.00, Sun 11.00-12.00. Anyone wishing to oppose this application must write to the Head of Community and Public Protection, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre PO Box 18, Station Road, Harrow HA1 2UT (licensing@harrow.gov.uk) by 19th June 2019 and give the reasons for their opposition. Copies of any objections will be sent to the applicant for their consideration and comment. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence may be invited to attend a public hearing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
