A/19/87155/RMMAJ Land Off Garrett Mall Road Tyldesley Reserved matters application for A/15/81365/OUTMAJ seeking approval of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for 103 dwellings and associated infrastructure. The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
