NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U74416, Lower House Road, Rowlestone, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U74416, Lower House Road, Rowlestone, from the junction with Wern Ddu Road to opposite Balls Cross. Grid Ref: 336425 / 228483. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal Is via Wern Ddu onto Prill Road onto the B4347 onto the C1219 onto The Wigga onto Lower House Road and vice versa. The said closure is required due to Waste District Meter renewal works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 11th of June 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
