PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with the Licence Agreement dated 19 December 2000 between South Lakeland District Council and Mr and Mrs Heavyside relating to the occupation of stalls numbered D11 and D13 at Kendal Market Hall, Kendal in the County of Cumbria, notice is hereby given that the current stallholders, Mr and Mrs Heavyside, intend to assign and dispose of the business of the stalls numbered D11 and D13. This initial advert in the Westmorland Gazette giving notice was given on 9th May 2019.
