Notice is hereby given that I, Pierre Chidiac, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as LEBANEAT, 47 NORTH BAILEY, DURHAM. DH1 3ET for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) and recorded music from 12:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive, Xmas Day & Good Friday until 23:30 and from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
