Notice is hereby given that on 21 May 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie for the Liquidation of Sinkro UK Limited, 11-13 Deerdykes View, Westfield Industrial Estate,Cumbernauld G68 9HN (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Campbell Dallas Limited, Titanium One, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew PA4 8WF be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor of 23 May 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Blair Milne to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
