NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Licensing & General Purposes Committee of Sedgemoor District Council has passed a resolution proposing to alter the areas subject to control under the above legislation for the purposes of street trading.
These new arrangements propose to add to the list of 'Consent Streets', for the purposes of street trading, a stretch of road which forms part of the old A39 situated between the M5 motorway andthe current A39 (Bath Road), directly adjacent to the current site of Mole Valley Farmers near Horsey, Bridgwater, Somerset TA7 8PE.
