The application is for late night refreshment, Friday - Saturday 11PM to 12AM. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Licensing Section, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB1 2LX. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section or www.blackburn.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or reckless make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000
